Who underwrites the customer? ▾
Jet Finance, our regulated UAE partner. Customers apply through Jet Marketplace, Jet Finance returns an approval or rejection in under a minute. The credit risk sits entirely on the underwriter — never on you.
When do I actually get the money? ▾
On the next UAE business day after you confirm the order in your cabinet. The full principal lands as a single payout per sub-order, with the platform commission already netted out.
What if a customer misses a payment? ▾
Not your problem. The merchant is already paid in full. Collections, restructuring, and any default loss are all carried by Jet Finance.
What if I want to cancel an order? ▾
You can cancel from the inbox while the sub-order is awaiting confirmation, confirmed, or in progress. After cancellation the credit limit is released back to the customer.
Are services supported, not just physical goods? ▾
Yes — dental cleaning, MRI scans, gym memberships, training packages, you name it. Service merchants make up roughly half of our pilot.
How long does onboarding take? ▾
